I made this tonight for dinner. I used a gluten free flour mix (I have a gluten sensitivity), used a mix of shredded Mozzarella and Pepper Jack cheeses, omitted green onions, added garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and real bacon pieces. After it was baked I topped it with shredded Colby Jack cheese. It was really good. My husband and I liked it, but some of the kids didn't. 4 thumbs down, 4 thumbs up. I think the younger kids didn't like the egg part of it, they aren't used to eating eggs that way. :)
