Watermelon and Nasturtium Salad Recipe

    Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon cut into
  • 1- to 2-inch squares
  • 12 to 20 nasturtium blossoms
  • Black pepper, optional

Directions

  • Chop watermelon, and place in large serving dish. Top with whole nasturtium blossoms or nasturtium petals. Serve lightly sprinkled with black pepper, if desired.

This salad uses a hint of pepper to compliment the sweet flavor of fresh watermelon.
