Though great for any special occasion, this glazed ham is especially delicious on Easter Sunday.

SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup spicy mustard
- 10- to 12-pound spiral ham
- Water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In small saucepan, heat honey and mustard until hot. Remove from heat.
- Place ham, sliced side down, in 9-by-13-inch roasting pan. Spread glaze over ham, covering all sides. Add an inch or so of water. Cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours, or until center reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
