2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 generous pinch sea salt
2 tablespoons water, plus more if needed
1. Pulse beans and garlic in a food processor until roughly blended; then add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Add more water as necessary to obtain your preferred consistency.
2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
