A Blueberry Smoothie makes the perfect cool refreshment.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 7 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until desired texture is reached.
- Note: If preferred, you can substitute 1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries in place of fresh berries and ice.
