Avocado Hummus Dip

Hummus and guacamole are two of our favorite dips. If you are looking for some ideas for any upcoming parties, this is a yummy combination of both flavors. TIP: This dip is great for stretching avocados to feed a crowd, while still enjoying the creamy, bacon flavor of those green gems.



Avocado Hummus Dip from One Ash Farm Recipes

1 can garbanzo beans, drained, reserve liquid
2 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix all together in food processor or blender. Add small amounts of the reserved liquid from the beans until desired consistency is reached.

Serve with pretzel thins, tortilla chips or pita chips.
