CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee — Whether you’re new to the world of sustainable farming or have been doing it for years, the Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group’s “Practical Tools and Solutions for Sustaining Family Farms” Conference offers educational sessions for all experience levels. Held January 17 through 20, the SAWG conference will feature sessions on organic vegetable production, sustainable livestock management, getting started farming, marketing strategies, business and finance management, and more. Pre-conference activities will take place Wednesday and Thursday and include short courses and field trips, followed by the general conference and trade show on Friday and Saturday.
