Gardens’ late May
Lilytopia exhibition will be like walking into a personal paradise. Now in its
second year, the Lilytopia exhibition running May 20 to May 30 at the world
famous Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, display garden will showcase
Berg.
All are either
new introductions now available on the cut flower market, or introductions
scheduled to come onto the market in 2012. Many are also available as bulbs for
gardeners. New this year, Lilytopia also adds a 1,500-stem exhibit of 15
stellar Zantesdeschia introductions.
Lilies and Zantedeschia (callas) have never been
more exciting for flower lovers. Breakthrough new hybrids are being introduced
at a breathtaking rate in what flower experts are calling “a new golden
age of Dutch lily hybridizing.”
The Lilytopia
exhibition has proved an extremely popular event. In its first year, the
exhibition drew more than 55,000 visitors from all over the world to Longwood Gardens,
near Philadelphia.
