Brownies

1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup water
1?4 cup cocoa
1?2 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1?4 teaspoon salt
1?2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla 

Frosting:

1 stick butter or margarine
1?2 cup cocoa
1?3 cup buttermilk
1 pound (1 box) confectioner’s sugarHeat oven to 400°F.
