1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 ounces)
2 cups chopped cooked ham (8 ounces)
1/4 cup minced green onions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish; set aside.
In medium bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until puffed and golden, and a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Yields 12 servings.
