Southwest Chipotle Burger Recipe 

Chipotle Mayonnaise

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, puréed
2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon kosher salt 

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Can be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator. Yields 8 servings.
