Ingredients
- 6 eggs, whisked
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (divided into 1-cup portions)
- 4 cups cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (or combo)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2cup chopped sweet peppers (optional: add 1 chopped jalepeno)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk, 1 cup cheese, meat, onions, peppers, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
