Oven-Fried Chicken Recipe

Oven-Fried Honey Chicken is some of the most healthy fried chicken you'll come across; and man, is it tasty.

Enjoy the sweet smell of honey and crispy juicy bite while chowing on this superb entree.  

Oven-Fried Honey Chicken

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds) 

Heat oven to 375°F.

In medium bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Set both bowls aside.

Line baking pan (large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer) with foil. Spread oil over foil.
