Risk Management Agency Includes More Counties

The USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) has made available the Whole-Farm Revenue Protection program for all counties in the U.S. beginning in 2016. This program — which took effect in 2015 for a limited number of counties — means farms producing more than one commodity no longer need to insure each commodity, but can now insure all commodities under one coverage plan.
