An excellent choice for the weekend's dessert, Rhubarb Streusel Pie is delicious.

Rhubarb Streusel Pie Recipe

Streusel:
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter

Pie:
1 9-inch pie crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 cups chopped rhubarb (12 to 14 ounces)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 425°F.
