Rhubarb Pie Recipe
3 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 box (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
2 graham cracker crusts
In saucepan, bring rhubarb and sugar slowly to boiling; boil until sugar is melted. Add gelatin, and allow mixture to cool.
In bowl, combine instant pudding and milk. Stir into rhubarb mixture. Mix in whipped topping.
Divide evenly between crusts. Refrigerate or freeze.
