Picnic Potato Salad Recipe

6 large potatoes, cooked and cubed
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
3/4 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine potatoes, eggs, pickles, radishes, green onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice until thoroughly blended (mixture will be moist).

Chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend and mellow.
