Serve a delicious Christmas Plum Pudding Recipe for your holiday dessert, and start a tradition.

SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup currants
- 3/4 cup chopped dates
- 1-1/2 squares chocolate, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, softened in 1 cup cold water
Directions
- Put milk and fruits in top of double boiler. When hot, add melted chocolate and blend.
- Add softened gelatin, sugar and salt; blend well. Remove from heat when begins to thicken.
- Add vanilla and nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites. Turn into mold that has been rinsed in cold water, and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
