ALBANY, New York — The Grassfed Exchange is a non-profit organization promoting regenerative grassland agriculture. Every year, the Exchange holds a conference for supporters of the grassfed industry to meet, collaborate, and share knowledge. This year’s conference takes place September 27 through 29, with a number of speakers and leading voices in the grassfed community. Discussion topics on building soil, ecosystem health, grassfed dairy and beef, on-farm processing, and butchering highlight the three-day conference.
