Curriculum covers a vast number of issues surrounding the organic sector. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of the organic industry, including channels of distribution; effective leadership and modern management skills that are consistent with the ethics of the organic sector; practical understanding of the organic value chain; organic regulations, standards, certification and production in the U.S., North American and world markets; and advocacy skills for organic food and agriculture.
