Lemon Pound Cake Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 60 to 70 minutes

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Heat oven to 325°F. Coat bottom and sides of 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Dust bottom and sides of pan with flour; tap out excess. Set aside.
