ECHO Bear Cat is excited to announce the release of the new
LS22 Log Splitter to its outdoor power equipment line. The LS22 Log Splitter is
available worldwide through authorized ECHO Bear Cat dealerships.
The LS22 features a Subaru SP170 engine. This 169cc engine
features easy recoil starting and better cold weather starting performance.
Automatic Transmission Fluid, which provides ease of operation on components in
cold weather conditions. Storing the LS22 is easy and compact with the fold up
trailer tongue.
The new model features a 30 inch bed height, giving the user
a comfortable operating position, while decreasing physical effort and
maximizing efficiency. It can be used in the horizontal or vertical positions
and features an Engine Guard Plate and Log Stripper Plate as standard
equipment. The wide end plate increases stability when operating the LS22 in
the vertical position. “We wanted to make sure the operator feels comfortable
and safe when running the machine,” said Jory Skalsky, Design Engineer. “With
the 30 inch bed height and new standard features, operators should find operation
simple and easy.”
The LS22 model comes available with a range of options and
kits to design a custom machine to fit consumer needs. The Log Splitter Cradle
Kit stables larger logs when placed on the bed, increasing safety and
productivity. The Quick Split Kit allows the operator to set the retracking
distance of the wedge, saving time and increasing productivity. Other kits
available for the LS22 model include a Fenders and Lights Kit and 4-Way
Splitting Wedge Kit.
“ECHO Bear Cat continuously strives to design machines that
fit the ever changing needs and wants of consumers,” said ECHO Bear Cat
Marketing Manager, Kurt Kainz. “We believe this Log Splitter does just that
with the standard features we’ve added and at a great price point.”
