Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole milk or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 to 6 mint leaves
- 4 ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- whey powder
- almond butter
Directions
- Put all desired ingredients into blender and blend until combined. Serve immediately.
