Turkey Chilaquiles Recipe
1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup mild green chile salsa
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles, undrained
8 cups slightly crushed tortilla chips, divided
2 to 3 cups cooked, shredded turkey, divided
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Sliced pitted black olives, for garnish
Heat oven to 350°F.
In bowl, combine soup, salsa and chiles; mix well.
In 2- or 2 ½ -quart casserole, place 1?3 chips, top with 1?3 turkey. Spread 1?3 soup mixture over turkey, and sprinkle with 1?3 cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Garnish with olives.
