Rhubarb, yellow cake, mini marshmallows and whipped cream. Does it get any better than this?

Rhubarb Dessert Recipe

5 cups cut-up rhubarb, in 3/4-inch pieces
1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1 cup sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 box white cake mix
Whipped cream, optional

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-by-13-inch baking dish.

Spread rhubarb in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle gelatin, sugar and marshmallows over rhubarb.
