2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients; combine well.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
