FORT WORTH, TEXAS- Justin Boot Company – the leader in western and equine footwear – recently presented Texas Rangers owner Nolan Ryan, coach Ron Washington and the Texas Rangers coaching staff with one-of-a-kind boots in honor of their 2010 American League Championship win.
“At Justin Boots, we are honored to be homegrown Texas Rangers fans, and we feel lucky to be connected to a true pitching legend like Nolan Ryan,” said Randy Watson, chairman and CEO, Justin Brands. “We are proud to present these uniquely designed Justin Boots in celebration of the ALC Championship win in 2010. Go Rangers!”
True to the brand’s handcrafting heritage, Justin Boots designers dedicated a total of 45 hours to creating the unique pair of 2010 American League Championship boots for Nolan Ryan. The hand-cut, hand-stitched, hand-tooled boots feature black smooth ostrich leather with black superior tops, a low walking heal and round toe. The focal point of the boot is the American League Championship logo, which is an embroidery inlay combination with pull straps featuring the Texas flag and a double overlay collar.
Members of the Texas Rangers coaching staff received boots made of black calfskin with a black superior top, an under slung heel and square toe. Each unique pair has the coach’s number embroidered on the back with a white overlay collar and is decorated with blue stars, which display “2010” on one boot and the letters “ALC” on the other.
