Welcome to the GRIT Goat Cam,
hosted and sponsored by Pholia
. Pholia Farm is owned by Vern
and Gianaclis Caldwell. It is named
after their two daughters, Phoebe
and Amelia. The farm is located on
23 acres at the base of Elk Mountain
in Jackson County, Oregon, about 10
miles outside of the town of Rogue

Gianaclis and her family have built a
thriving business where they make a
variety of artisan cheeses and offer
classes on how to make your own
