In this video, the GRIT team shows you how to make deliciously nutritious roasted pumpkin seeds in less than an hour.
fresh, washed pumpkin seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
1. Gut the pumpkin.
2. Wash the seeds.
3. Cover with oil and season.
4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
