1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 jar mincemeat mix
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; add butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients slowly, and then add mincemeat.
