Yield: 2-4 servings

Make some fresh juice out of garden vegetables and fruits and enjoy a cool drink.


• 1 bunch celery
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 apple
• 1 lemon


1. Wash all fruits and vegetables well. Follow instructions for your juicer. Enjoy!

Note: This is a basic juice recipe. There are countless variations to try. Other great vegetables for juicing include kale, chard, spinach, carrots, broccoli and broccoli stems, cabbage, beets and beet greens. Have fun and experiment with whatever you have growing in your garden. I would also encourage you to do a little research on juicing to learn the healthiest variations to get the most nutritional benefit out of every drop.
