Easy Tartar Sauce Recipe

The next time you’re frying or grilling fish, whip up this easy tartar sauce recipe to serve alongside, using homemade mayonnaise. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Yields about 1 1/2 cups



1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice
3 to 4 tablespoons minced dill pickles
2 tablespoons minced capers, optional
3 tablespoons minced fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives or tarragon
Salt, optional

Place mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Stir in vinegar.
