- 4 slices bread
- Butter, optional
- 1 can (16 ounces) baked beans
- Toast bread. Top with butter, if desired.
- Heat beans in small saucepan over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat.
- Spoon beans over toast. NOTE: Beans on Toast is considered a part of a “full English breakfast,” and can often be found on buffet spreads at high-end hotels in the United Kingdom.
