Pizza brings everyone together, and there’s nothing more delicious on a rainy, windy night. This Mediterranean Pizza recipe is no exception. Bubbling cheese and crunchy vegetables come together in perfect harmony.
1 unbaked, 12-inch pizza crust
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ricotta, feta and oregano. Spread cheese mixture over pizza crust; top with tomato and olive slices. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
