1 head Savoy cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 3⁄4 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Zest from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon celery seed
1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
In large bowl, combine cabbage and carrot.
In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice and zest, celery seed, vinegar, cilantro and salt.
Pour sauce over cabbage mixture and toss well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
