Shrimp Pizza Recipe With Asparagus and Radish

1 Crispy Pizza Crust Recipe
1 recipe Spicy Olive Oil Recipe made with red chile pepper flakes and cilantro
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
4 red radishes, thinly sliced and sprinkled with salt
8 to 10 asparagus spears, woody stems removed and halved lengthwise
6 to 8 ounces shrimp, peeled, deveined and marinated in Shrimp Marinade, recipe follows

Shrimp Marinade: 

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or chile powder
1/4 teaspoon salt



Heat oven and baking stone, pizza pan or baking sheet to 500°F.

Sprinkle dough with flour and roll out to irregularly shaped rectangle or circle about 1/16-inch thick.

Drape dough over a rolling pin and transfer to prepared vessel, carefully unrolling it. 

Spread all but 1 tablespoon spicy oil evenly over crust, using back of a spoon. Layer on mozzarella, radishes and asparagus. Bake for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in bowl, combine shrimp with Shrimp Marinade ingredients, and toss gently to coat well.

After pizza has cooked for 5 minutes, remove from oven, scatter shrimp over the top, and return to oven to bake for another 4 to 5 minutes.

When done, drizzle remaining spicy oil over pizza. Transfer to a cutting board, slice into squares and serve.
