Baton Rouge, Louisiana — Southern SARE would like to invite those in the Baton Rouge area to Louisiana’s first Farm-to-School Conference on May 27. Funded by the LSU Ag Center, this will be the state’s first event with the goal of strengthening the local food economy and supporting food growers by connecting farms, schools and communities throughout the state.
