Theresa Miller Biography

Theresa Miller lives in a small mountain town in Idaho, where she and her husband have owned and operated a small engine repair and retail business since 1998. Their five-acre business property, along with the seven acres surrounding their home, provides space to grow alfalfa hay and raise a few cows and beehives. This land also includes a large vegetable garden and orchard.

A lifelong gardener, cook, and outdoor enthusiast, Theresa has been heating with wood, gathering firewood, hiking, and picking mountain huckleberries since childhood. She loves experimenting with new plants, foods, and crafts. Her current crafty hobbies are sewing and embroidery.

Her writing has appeared in Goat Journal, Backyard Chickens, and Countryside Magazine. She is also the author of Mushrooms, Magic and Murder, the first book in a series of magical culinary mysteries set in a fictional small town in the mountains of Idaho.
