EASTER BRUNCH RECIPES
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup spicy mustard
• 10- to 12-pound spiral ham
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In small saucepan, heat honey and mustard until hot. Remove from heat.
3. Place ham, sliced side down, in 9-by-13-inch roasting pan. Spread glaze over ham, covering all sides. Add an inch or so of water. Cover pan with foil.
4. Bake for 2 hours, or until center reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
