Spicy Chicken Pizza Recipe With Blue Cornmeal
1 Crunchy Cornmeal Pizza Crust made with blue cornmeal
1/4 cup Béchamel Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 jalapeños, 1 seeded and diced, 1 sliced with seeds intact
1 tablespoon pine nuts
Place pizza stone or pan in oven and heat to 475°F.
Roll out dough into a thin round. Fold dough over a rolling pin and carefully transfer it to prepared pan.
Using back of a spoon, spread on sauce. Scatter garlic, cheeses, chicken, onion slices, jalapeños and nuts.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until crust is brown and toppings are bubbling.
