Kentucky Fried Chicken
3 cups self-rising flour2 packages tomato soup in a cup Lipton Cream of Chicken Soup powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 box Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
1 stick butter
Chicken, cut into frying pieces
Heat oven to 350°F.
In plastic bag, combine dry ingredients. Put butter in shallow baking dish and place in oven to melt.
Place chicken, a piece or two at a time, in plastic bag; shake to coat well. Place chicken in baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until chicken’s juices run clear.
