Honey Baked Beans
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 1/2 cups cooked navy beans, or 3 cans (15 ounces each) navy beans
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat oven to 350°F.
In skillet, sauté bacon and onion until onion is tender.
In shallow 2-quart baking dish, combine bacon/onion mixture with remaining ingredients. Cover with lid or aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 45 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
