Best Ever Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup salad oil
1/3 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/8 teaspoon chili powder, optional
In saucepan, combine oil, margarine, vinegar, orange juice and ketchup. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
