Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe With Prosciutto and Pear

1 Crispy Pizza Crust Recipe
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups baby spinach
1 red pear, thinly sliced
1 1/2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup walnut pieces 

Heat oven and baking stone, pizza pan or baking sheet to 500°F.

In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, thyme and salt.

Place baby spinach in large bowl, and then pour dressing over the top, reserving 1 tablespoon. Toss to coat well.

Sprinkle dough with flour and roll out to an irregularly shaped rectangle or circle about 1/16-inch thick. Drape dough over a rolling pin and transfer it to prepared vessel, carefully unrolling it.

Scatter dressing-coated spinach, followed by pear slices, prosciutto, goat cheese and walnuts over dough.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and drizzle reserved dressing over the top. Transfer to a cutting board and slice to serve.
