Easy Strawberry Pie
Sliced, sweetened strawberries
8- or 9-inch pie crust, baked
1 package (small) wild strawberry gelatin
1 package (small) vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place berries in cooled pie crust. In saucepan, combine gelatin, pudding, water and lemon juice; bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickened and a clear, bright red. Allow mixture to partially cool, then pour over berries in pie shell. Chill several hours until firm; serve with whipped topping.
