Wildseed Farms, known for its flowers, has planted several fields of peppers: chilis for ristras and drying, specialty and ethnic peppers, sweet and hot peppers, southwestern-style chilis, ornamental peppers and more. Regarded as one of the premier arts and crafts events in the Pocono Mountains, the 23rd Annual Audubon Festival will be held July 18-19 in Hawley, Pennsylvania. For more, click here
